Agnieszka Lenartowicz-Łysik

Agnieszka Lenartowicz-Łysik, born on 19 February, 1974, in Tarnowskie Góry; a graduate of Karol Adamiecki University of Economics in Katowice (now the University of Economics in Katowice), wherefrom in 2003 she also obtained a doctoral title in economics, in the field of management science. Moreover, she completed a series of postgraduate studies, including human resource management, economic and labor dispute mediation, coaching as an effective support in modern management.

For a short period of time, Ms Lenartowicz-Łysik worked in the clothes factory "Bytom" SA, as an exports specialist. Since 1998, she has worked for Śląsko-Dąbrowski "Solidarity" region, where has been in charge of day-today coordination of training activities and projects.

Representing the Śląsko-Dąbrowski “Solidarity” Region, Ms Lenartowicz-Łysik was in the years 2011 - 2014 member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Board advising the Marshal of the Silesian Region, and in the years 2012 – 2015, she sat on the Monitoring Sub-Committee for Human Capital Operation Programme for Silesia. From 2015 she has been a member of the Monitoring Committee of the Regional Operational Programme for Silesia in 2014 -2020. She was a delegate of the "Solidarity" at the Congress of the European Trade Union Confederation in 2011 and in 2015. She also served as a Deputy Permanent Representative of the "Solidarity" on the EUROCADRES Executive Committee in the 2009 -2013 term. In 2012, she participated in two training programmes on social dialogue organized by the Korea Labor Foundation and the Japan International Labour Foundation.

Since 2008, Ms Agnieszka Lenartowicz-Łysik has participated in several external projects (including those implemented by other regional social partners and labor market institutions), where she gave lectures and ran training for representatives of social partners and labor market institutions, focusing on partnership and social dialogue, social dialogue and collective bargaining, local and supra-local level, as well as corporate social responsibility and diversity management. She also lectured corporate social responsibility to post-graduate students at the Tischner European University in Krakow (2010/2011); and project management at the University of Economics and Innovation (2006/2007). In the years 1998 - 2002 she held classes at the Academy of Economics in Katowice.

She is the author and co-author of several publications, including: “Rokowania zbiorowe. Praktyczne aspekty, dobre praktyki” [co-author, 2014], ”Współczesne wyzwania dla NSZZ „Solidarność” jako partnera dialogu społecznego” [co-author, in: Współczesne wyzwania dla partnerów społecznych, 2010]; ”Zagrożenia psychospołeczne jako przedmiot rokowań zbiorowych” [in: Stres: różne perspektywy, nowe wyzwania, co-editor, 2015].
