The President’s Office
The President’s Office ensures that all activities undertaken by the President due to his constitutional and statutory duties are appropriately organised and coordinated. It also carries out orders of the President. The Office provides the President and the Chief of the Chancellery with secretarial-office and protocol services, including preparing draft schedules of visits and meetings for the President.
The President’s Office coordinates and organises meetings and visits for the President, as well as events and celebrations held in the Presidential Palace. It also handles foreign and local visits the President pays and the visits others pay him at his invitation. Duties of the President’s Office also include providing the First Lady with organisational and protocol services. The President's Office consists of the following: President’s Secretariat Team, President’s Protocol Team, President's Organisational Service Team.
