Legal and Legislative Office
The Legal and Legislative Office prepares drafts of legal acts to be introduced to the Sejm on the initiative of the President, analyses acts presented to the President for signing, prepares applications to the Constitutional Tribunal, the State Tribunal and the Sejm, prepares applications pertaining to ratifying or revoking international agreements, prepares regulations concerning the calling of elections, referenda or calling of the first meeting of the Sejm and the Senate. The Office also handles legal issues for the Chancellery of the President of Poland.
