Administration Office
The Office plans and effects purchases for the Chancellery and provides it with technological and information technology services. It develops information and communication technology systems, as well as security systems, in order to maintain uniform standards and it ensures that information and communication technology systems remain operative and safe. It also plans investments and maintenance work within the premises of the Chancellery.
The Office organises tenders in agreement with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law for the Chancellery, the Ancillary Enterprise of the Chancellery and the National Security Bureau. It manages the assets of the Chancellery, including preparing records, stocktaking, selling, donating, and transferring assets which are no longer functional to be utilized. The Office is responsible for the proper observance of Occupational Health and Safety provisions and provisions pertaining to fire safety.
